YOUR SAFER NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAMS
Safer Neighbourhoods is about local policing; police and partners working with you, to identify and tackle issues of concern in your neighbourhood.
Each team is normally made up of six police and Police Community Support Officers (PCSO's). Their aim is to listen and talk to you, and find out what affects your daily life and feelings of safety. These might be issues such as anti-social behaviour, graffiti, noisy Neighbourhood or vandalism. Then, they work in partnership with you and other agencies to find a lasting solution.
Safer Neighbourhood Teams are dedicated to your community and are additional to other policing teams on the Borough. If you have concerns about day-to-day crime and disorder issues, or if you would like to get involved, please contact your local Safer Neighbourhood Team via the links below.
